Monday - Thursday 7:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
 
 
Welcome to the Linda Hunt Memorial Library and Learning Resource Center !
The Library has a collection containing an array of volumes, including books, e-Books, audiobooks, VHS, DVDs and CDs. The Library subscribes to magazines and journal titles plus four current daily newspapers. Through the PCC web-page students access the State Library of Kansas database which supports student learning with a robust collection of  an array of resource tools.

NEED TO KNOW

  • Additional resources may be found on the Reference Resources web page.

*  Books may be checked out by students or area  community for three weeks at a time.
     * Books to be renewed once.
     * Books are set at a fine of .05 Cents per day
     * Books marked "REFERENCE", video cassettes, DVDs, and periodicals remain in the LRC and cannot be checked out.

Learning Resource Center receives $200 grant

The Learning Resource Center on Pratt Community College’s campus conducted a survey to find out what students wanted in the library and found that having more comfortable furniture was the number one request.
Employees of the LRC than applied for a grant from the South Central Community Foundation and received $200.

Dietz receives doctorate

After working towards her goal for five years, Director of Learning Resources Pam Dietz can now be called Doctor Dietz.
 
Dietz received her Ed. D Adult Occupational and Continuing Education degree on Nov. 8 through the Department of Educational Leadership at Kansas State University.

Library Extends Hours

Pratt Community College’s Linda Hunt Memorial Library has extended its hours to better accommodate the students. The new regular operating hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday through Thursday, 6:30 to 9 p.m.
