PCC starts new transcript ordering process

Release Date:
Monday, June 25, 2012

To keep up with the times, Pratt Community College went live with a new way to order transcripts online on June 25.
“We decided to go this way because it is a growing trend among colleges,” said Frank Stahl, Interim Direct of Admissions and Enrollment. “It is a simple and straightforward process for people to use.”

In order to receive a transcript, official or unofficial, people must go to PCC’s website: www.prattcc.edu. At the bottom, right hand corner of the website there will be an area called ‘quick links’ and a transcript request form will be there for people to click on. After clicking on the link, the person will be taken to the Clearinghouse website, which is a secure site, where they can order multiple transcripts in a single session.

In order to use the site people must have a major credit card, a working email address and must know the email address of the recipient.

“There are good step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow,” Stahl said. They are available here

Each transcript will cost $12.
