Lady Beavers defeated in overtime by Cowley

The Pratt women were defeated by Cowley College Tuesday 1 nil in overtime.
 
“The Lady Beavers were the more aggressive team, but failed to capitalize on goal scoring opportunities,” said Schicke.
 
Meridith McKee had a great showing in goal for the Lady Beavers recording 5 saves on 6 shots.  
 
This leaves the girls at 1-4 in the conference play with 8 contests left.
 
“The girls played hard, but they just didn’t do enough to win the game,” said Schicke. “We will rest up a bit, and come out strong on the road Friday.”
