Beaver Backers

 

The mission of the PCC Beaver Backers is to facilitate and promote activities of the college’s Athletic Department. The Beaver Backers will work with the Athletic Director to support the needs of the department and raise funds to supplement the department’s budget. It will accomplish this while operating in compliance with the NJCAA rules and regulations.

Kristine Richmeier Signs with Beaver Volleyball Team

Pratt Community College Volleyball is pleased to announce that Kristine (Casper) Richmeier has signed to play volleyball for the 2012-2013 season.
 
Richmeier is from Attica High School.

PCC inducts first class into athletic hall of fame

With Pratt Community College having more than 70 years of athletic history, athletic director, Kurt McAfee knew it needed to be brought together and preserved.
“We have had so many great athletes come and put their mark and helped shape our athlete programs that we need to preserve our heritage,” McAfee said.

Beaver Men and Women Cross Country Squads Awarded for Academic Excellence

 
Pratt Community College Head Cross Country Coach, Cyrus Hall, announced today that both the Beaver Men’s and Women’s teams were selected as recipients of the 2011 NJCAA Cross Country Coaches Association All Academic Team of the Year award. This honor is given to cross country teams with a combined grade point average of 3.20 or better during the fall semester.

Skipper, Walker Lead Beavers at Region VI Indoors

 
Pratt Community College Track and Field team travelled to Manhattan Feb., 19, for the Region VI/KJCCC Championships. The Beavers were short on numbers, only competing with nine team members. That didn’t stop Pratt from showing up with some quality performances on the day.

Lady Beavers lose to Butler

Much like the men’s team the women needed a win against Butler to improve their post-season seeding. The first five minutes looked like the Beavers forgot how to play and let Butler’s pressure speed them up and jump out to a 14-3 lead.
